Puppy Application
RESERVE YOUR PUPPY!
Our AKC puppies are sold as a pet registration without breeding rights.
After submitting your application questions, we will text or call you to ask any remaining questions and to ensure we have the perfect puppy for you. Upon approval, a $500 deposit reserves your puppy. Your puppy will go home with you on “Gotcha Day” at 8 weeks old. The remaining balance is due upon puppy pickup.

1. What is the purpose of the Golden? (Companionship to family; Protection; Service/ therapy dog; Show dog)?
2. Do you live in the city, suburb, country? How large is your fenced yard?
3. How many people are in your household? How many other pets live at your home/ property? What other kind of dogs do you have? Do your dogs get along with other dogs/puppies? Do they have aggression issues?
4. Where will your Golden be kept in the day? At night? Will your Golden have free access (doggie door?) to the fenced yard? Will the Golden (puppy) be crated/ locked in a small room for more than 3-4 hours during the day? Will your Golden have access to acreage, creeks or lakes, parks,and etc.?
5. Do you own/ have you owned a Golden Retriever or large dog?
6. How will you exercise your Golden? Walks/ jogs? Fetch? Swim? Agility equipment?
7. How will you train your dog? Training school? Training books? Training style (using treats, clicker,beep/vibrate/shock collar, choke chain or prong collar)?
